الملخص

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى إمكانية تطبيقها في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الأهلية والوقوف على متطلباتها ومدى توفرها في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره المنهج المناسب لمثل هذه الظاهرة، كما تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة من عمداء الكليات ونوابهم، ورؤساء الأقسام ونوابهم، وعمداء مراكز الجودة ونوابهم، ومديري الوحدات الإدارية، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس الدائمين)، وتم استخدام الحصر الشامل، لصغر حجم المجتمع البالغ 187 من (6) جامعات أهلية، وتم عمل التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام برنامج SPSS" ، وتم استخدام التوزيع التكراري، والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري، واختبار (T)، واختبار شفيه، كأساليب إحصائية، هذا وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج، أهمها إمكانية تطبيق متطلبات المواصفة الدولية 21001:2018 ISO في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الأهلية بأمانة العاصمة بدرجة موافقة "مرتفعة" بنسبة (75.6%) ، وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ )3.78)، وانحراف معياري( 0.584).
