Islamic concepts necessary for primary school students and methods of developing them in the Republic of Yemen.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the development of some Islamic concepts among a sample of male and female students in the third cycle of the basic education stage in the Republic of Yemen, starting from the seventh grade to the ninth grade, and to achieve this goal the following was prepared:

 1- A list of the Islamic concepts needed for the third stage pupils of the basic education stage and their development methods (a) A list of experts and specialists.

. 2- A list of some Islamic concepts for pupils in the third stage of the basic education stage in the Capital Municipality and methods of their development (b) A list of students.

3- A standardized interview was conducted with the students, the sample of the research, and their number was (300) students from the Modern Arab Unity School in the capital's secretariat.

The results indicate:-

- The importance of the Islamic concepts required for students of the third stage of basic education and their development methods are highlighted.

- The growth of some Islamic concepts develops from class to class among students as a result of the experience they pass through inside and outside the school.

- There is a correlation between the students ’cognitive growth and the development of some Islamic concepts for them.

- The pupils clearly express the growth of some Islamic concepts as they progress through the educational and educational stage.

- Islamic concepts increase in depth and breadth as students grow and their knowledge and experience increases.

- Curricula and the means surrounding students, as well as socialization and cultural relations, help in the development of some Islamic concepts.
