The book (Tuhfat Al-Dahr) by the Yemeni historian Muhammad ibn al-Tahir al-Bahr (1083 AH / 1672 CE) is one of the main sources of the events of the Tihama of Yemen and Yemen in general in the eleventh century AH as a contemporary writer, an eyewitness and a participant as well, but he was also distinguished as being unique in mentioning events and the extent of their impact on the classes Social in the Yemeni society, including the Yemeni Hijaz relations and some events in Hijaz, as well as events in East Africa and India, in addition to the Ottoman events, the author's association with the imams and his follow-up to them and their presence in the Tihama and the extent of popular acceptance of them, and do not forget to mention that the compiler of this book was established primarily for you The author is a genealogy, so it is useful in this aspect besides identifying the Yemeni Tuhami geographical locations. . The other two-thirds in historical events that exclusively mention the author by mentioning most of them, and this research will initially display the translation of the author, and then present his history, methodology and sources, and the sources and references that I mentioned or that depended on and based on it.
