We are talking in this research about one of the poets of the Abbasid era who influenced the poetic heritage with their poetry, the poet Ahmed bin Ali bin Maqal al-Azdi, who died in 644 AH. The poet was born in Homs in the year 567 AH, as well as his poetry collection, Kitab al-Rawda, Kitab al-Ihidah, and Book of Complementation, which was organized for purposes Various poetry, such as spinning, wisdom, riddles, description, praise, etc. The research came with an introduction and two axes, the first topic was entitled (A Pause with the Poet and his Age), and the second topic was entitled (Analytical Study) and the conclusion came to show the most important results of the research, as well as a list of sources and references.
