Abstract

In today's world, Internet of Things (IoT) technology is considered an emerging and novel phenomenon that has changed the way we interact with our surroundings and has come to affect all aspects of life and the workplace. This research aims to study the impact of the Internet of Things on human resource development and training in organizations. The current study is an applied research, and the methodology adopted is a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study consists of the employees of the Information and Communications Technology Institute, from which 220 individuals were selected using simple random sampling. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using structural equation modeling, as well as SmartPLS and SPSS software. Face validity and convergent validity were used to measure the validity of the questionnaire. The questionnaires were presented to a number of experts and specialists, whose opinions on the questions were gathered, and the questionnaire was approved unanimously.
